You can request multiple arts in one order. Maximum is 4

Reference images are required. If you need me to work from description alone, +10% fee is applied on top of the base price

You can change the brief sketch (pose, clothes,..) maximum 2 times. More than that I'll charge 3$/time

The default size is A4 (3508 x 2480) , if you want to change it to fit HD wallpaper or any special format, please note it down

All commissions are digital files. File type: PNG/ JPEG (watermark version). Resolution: 300 dpi

I have the right to upload the artworks on my personal websites to show. If you don't want me to public the artworks, you will be charge extra fee (30% of your order)

Full payment after sketch approved. You have 1 week to complete the payment. NO REFUND.

If you not complete the payment in 1 week without any delay notice/ poor communication, I'll have to put you in my blacklist and have full rights to use the sketch I've made for you.

If you cancel the commission after the sketch phase I'll charge 30% of your order.

At the 3rd/ 5th times you order commission from me, you will get a 10% discount for the order. Starting from the 6th times, you will get a 5% discount permanent

For orders that are over 250$. A random bonus gift: Half-body flat color chibi sketch or Bust-up clean sketch

Contact with clients to confirm the brief again when its come to their slot

Sketch check (rough sketch for clean sketch order)

Receive full payment --> Confirm payment

Update drawing progress (Fixing if it's necessary)

Finished and send files via email

The original file will be deleted after 1 month due to limited storage
